At Limerick Sports Injury Clinic, we have a large and impressive High Performance Training Facility located in the Delta Sportsdome Complex. The Gym contains state-of-the-art Strength and Conditioning Equipment for Elite Sport Training, Personal Training, Fitness Conditioning and Sports Rehabilitation in a private setting.
In addition to the high performance gym and fitness facilities, LSIC has 2 treatment rooms, along with shower and changing facilities. There are also 4 indoor astro turf pitches which may be used for the monitoring and rehabilitation of athletes back to full fitness.
